Drive366 Driver Partner — Terms

Effective from: 10 August 2026 · Drive366 (a service operated by ProFix, Coimbatore). By accepting jobs in the Drive366 Driver app you agree to these terms.

1. Relationship

• You work as an independent delivery partner, per job. This is not employment with Drive366 or ProFix.
• You may work for other platforms freely. Only rule: while a Drive366 job is active, complete it first.

2. Jobs & payment

• The fee for each job is shown before you accept. Accepting the job accepts that fee.
• Fee is added to your earnings when the drop OTP is verified.
• Settlement: paid by cash/UPI weekly, or on demand via the app's payout request, at your home shop. The app shows paid vs pending.

3. Custody of items (important)

• From pickup-OTP to drop-OTP, the customer's device/goods are in your custody.
• Loss or damage during custody is your responsibility up to ₹5,000 per job. Report accidents to the shop immediately — honest reporting is always handled fairly.
• Never hand over the item to anyone without the correct drop OTP. No OTP = no handover, call the shop.

4. Conduct

• Valid driving licence and vehicle documents are your responsibility.
• Polite behaviour with customers; no calls to customers except for the delivery.
• Customer phone numbers and addresses must not be saved, shared, or used after the job.

5. Ending

• You can stop anytime — just go offline. Pending earnings will still be paid.
• Drive366 can block a driver account for OTP misuse, item loss without reporting, or misconduct.
